At *POP City – Prints of Pink City, our “delivery” refers to the delivery of your *workshop experience. Since our workshops are conducted at physical venues, there is no physical product shipping involved as part of workshop registration.
- Registration Confirmation: Once your registration and payment are successfully completed, your workshop spot will be confirmed.
- Booking Details: Your registered email address and/or phone number will be used to share important workshop information, including the date, time, venue, and other relevant details.
- Workshop Access: Participants are requested to arrive at the venue 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time for a smooth check-in.
- Workshop Materials: All materials included in the workshop, as mentioned on the registration page, will be provided at the venue. Participants do not need to arrange or carry these materials themselves.
- Workshop Timings: Participants are expected to attend the workshop at the scheduled date and time. Late arrival may result in reduced participation time and cannot guarantee an extension of the workshop.
- Location: The workshop will be conducted at the venue mentioned on the registration page. Any changes to the venue or schedule will be communicated to registered participants in advance wherever possible.
- Communication: Workshop reminders, updates, and important information may be shared through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone using the contact details provided during registration.
- Third-Party Services: POP City is not responsible for delays or issues arising from third-party services such as payment gateways, internet services, or communication platforms.
