These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in workshops and experiences conducted by POP City – Prints of Pink City (“POP City”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By registering for a POP City workshop or participating in any POP City experience, you agree to these Terms.
1. Workshop Registration
- Workshop registration is subject to availability and is confirmed only after successful registration and payment.
- Each registration is valid for the participant(s) mentioned during the booking process.
- Workshop dates, timings, venues, and inclusions will be communicated at the time of registration.
- POP City reserves the right to limit the number of participants for each workshop to ensure a comfortable experience.
2. Age & Participation
- Our workshops are open to adults and children.
- Children may participate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children attending the workshop.
3. Workshop Experience
POP City workshops involve hands-on creative activities, including hand block printing using wooden blocks, colours, and other creative materials.
- No prior artistic experience is required.
- Participants are encouraged to experiment and create their own designs.
- Materials required for the workshop will be provided as specified on the registration page.
- Participants are responsible for taking reasonable care of the materials, furniture, venue, and other participants’ belongings.
4. Workshop Changes & Cancellation by POP City
POP City reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel a workshop due to circumstances including but not limited to:
- Venue-related issues
- Insufficient registrations
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Weather or other events beyond our reasonable control
In the event that POP City cancels a workshop, registered participants will be informed and provided with the applicable rescheduling or refund options.
5. Participant Cancellation
If you are unable to attend a workshop, please inform us as early as possible.
Cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy mentioned on the registration page.
If a participant does not attend the workshop without prior notice (“no-show”), the registration amount may not be refundable.
6. Payments
- All workshop fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
- Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
- POP City is not responsible for transaction failures caused by banks, payment gateways, network issues, or other third-party services.
7. Photography & Videography
POP City workshops are social and creative experiences, and photographs or videos may be taken during the workshop for memories, social media, and promotional purposes.
- By participating, you acknowledge that photography and videography may take place during the event.
- If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please inform the POP City team before or during the workshop.
- We will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests.
8. Participant Responsibility
Participants are expected to:
- Follow reasonable instructions provided by the POP City team.
- Treat fellow participants, artisans, team members, and venue staff with respect.
- Use workshop materials responsibly.
- Take care of their personal belongings.
POP City is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the workshop.
9. Children & Safety
For workshops attended by children, parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising them throughout the experience.
Some workshop materials, tools, paints, and equipment may require careful handling. Participants are expected to follow the safety instructions provided by the POP City team.
10. Intellectual Property
The POP City – Prints of Pink City name, logo, artwork, written content, photographs, designs, and other original brand materials are the intellectual property of POP City or their respective owners.
Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or commercial use of POP City materials is not permitted.
11. Workshop Content & Creativity
Each participant’s creation is their own interpretation of the hand block printing experience.
POP City does not guarantee that every finished piece will look identical to reference images or examples shown during the workshop. Variations are a natural and enjoyable part of handmade printing.
12. Limitation of Liability
Participants take part in POP City workshops voluntarily and are responsible for exercising reasonable care during the experience.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, POP City will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the workshop.
Parents or guardians remain responsible for children participating in the workshop.
13. Third-Party Services
POP City may use third-party services such as payment gateways, registration platforms, venues, or other service providers to facilitate workshops.
POP City is not responsible for issues arising solely from the independent actions or systems of such third parties.
14. Privacy
Your registration and use of our website are also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
15. Force Majeure
POP City shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to conduct a workshop due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, extreme weather, public emergencies, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or participation in a POP City workshop shall be subject to the applicable courts having jurisdiction over the location of the POP City business.
17. Changes to These Terms
POP City may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
Continued registration or participation in our workshops after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
