At POP City – Prints of Pink City, every workshop is planned in advance with limited seats, materials, refreshments, and other arrangements made specifically for registered participants.
1. No Refunds
All workshop registrations are final and non-refundable.
Once a registration is confirmed, the registration fee cannot be refunded for any reason, including personal commitments, change of plans, illness, travel, or failure to attend the workshop.
2. Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a friend or family member, subject to prior confirmation from the POP City team.
Please inform us before the workshop with the new participant’s details.
3. Rescheduling
Individual registrations cannot be rescheduled to another workshop unless specifically approved by the POP City team.
Any rescheduling is subject to availability and is entirely at the discretion of POP City.
4. Workshop Cancellation by POP City
If POP City needs to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, venue-related issues, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, registered participants will be informed as soon as possible.
In such cases, POP City may offer a rescheduled workshop date or another appropriate resolution to registered participants.
5. No-Show Policy
If a registered participant does not attend the workshop without prior communication, the registration fee will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
